Legislation amendments designed to equalize playing field for Belarusian businesses
MINSK, 26 July (BelTA) – The bill on amending the laws on entrepreneurial activities is designed to create equal competitive environment and provide incentives for scaling up one’s business. Director of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Belarusian Economy Ministry Olga Rusinovich mentioned it at a session of the board of the Business Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers named after Professor M.S. Kunyavsky, BelTA has learned.
According to the Economy Ministry press service, Olga Rusinovich presented a report on the bill. The official provided detailed answers to questions asked by representatives of the private sector. The questions primarily focused on the procedure for the reregistration of self-employed businessmen as legal entities and the conditions of operation of entities with different incorporation forms.
Since the bill is of huge significance for the society and the economy, it is being widely discussed with representatives of central government agencies and municipal authorities, commercial entities.
